We need a quick learner who can confidently manage core responsibilities early on, with strong written communication, organization, and tech fluency. Phone volume is low; most work is secure messaging/SMS/email , accurate scheduling with buffers, and detail-heavy admin. About us Connor Wellness Clinic is a functional medicine & nutrition clinic. What you'll do Message triage & replies (primary): Use templates, log tasks, and close the loop with patients via secure messaging/SMS/email.
Schedule accurately:
Book the correct visit types, apply time buffers, send prep instructions and reminders. Labs & refills: Track test kits, coordinate requisitions, route refills to the prescriber with complete info, and update patients. Front desk & intake: Greet patients, verify information, collect payments, maintain confidentiality.
Billing/admin:
Update cards/addresses, process membership changes, send receipts.
End-of-day wrap:
Send a short ops report (open loops, tomorrow's risks, kits pending). What you bring (must-haves) Day-1 readiness: Recent hands-on experience in a medical/clinic office handling messages, scheduling, labs/refills, and admin (any EHR). Above-average computer skills in a paperless environment. Apple/macOS proficiency (Finder basics, shortcuts, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, PDFs).
Written clarity:
