• American River Hospice Services, an in-home hospice agency serving the greater Sacramento area, is looking for a Hospice Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team. The role involves managing and coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and upholding quality standards in our hospice care services.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred Registered Nurse (RN) license in California Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice care Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting Strong familiarity with hospice regulations, policies, and procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate patient care services within the hospice program of American River Hospice Services Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Perform regular audits and assessments to uphold quality standards Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff Offer educational programs and resources to enhance staff skills and knowledge •
