Job Description
Join Calaveras County Behavioral Health and help shape the future of behavioral health services in our community. As Deputy Director of Behavioral Health Services, you will provide strategic leadership for the County's mental health and substance use disorder programs, guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure services remain responsive, effective, and compliant with state and federal requirements. This is an opportunity for an experienced behavioral health leader to influence programs at every level, from day-to-day service delivery and staff development to long-term planning, quality improvement, budgeting, and policy implementation. Working closely with County leadership, community partners, and regional and state agencies, you will help develop innovative solutions that improve access to care and create meaningful, lasting outcomes for individuals and families throughout Calaveras County.
