MEDHERO Health is seeking a Wellness Coordinator with experience coordinating patients for a clinic offering Healthspan consultations and Wellness care. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, resourceful, responsible, self-motivated, trustworthy, computer savvy, and a quick learner. Must also have a positive outgoing personality and amazing customer service skills.

PRIOR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND EXCEL SPREADSHEET EXPERIENCE A PLUS.

Responsibilities:

Ability to schedule and track patients throughout their consultation and treatment with strong attention to details Book appointments using online software system (Mindbody) Multi-Tasking with phones and in person customers; facility upkeep; can easily handle a heavy and unpredictable workload Maintaining a presentable appearance and positive attitude Medical Inventory and Product Knowledge Appropriate patient follow-up and scheduling Expected to have a high level of communication skills and professionalism to interact with patients and colleagues Perform before and after photography Actively promote the wellness center, treatments, retail, and available promotions Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude Excellent customer service Excellent organizational, verbal and written skills
