Job specific details: Develop and implement operational processes to ensure quality patient care across the perioperative continuum. Patriciate in the development and implementation of patient care practices. Partners with leadership across services. Coordinates the resources needs for areas of responsibility, including the review and approval of budgetary recommendations. Preparers and reviews variance analysis of budgeted revenues. Works collaboratively with labor relations on contract negotiations at the local level. Facilitate and oversees resolution of human resources, labor relations, employee safety and risk management issues. Responsible for 12 operating rooms - Level I trauma center - around 8,000 cases per year. Surgeries include Ortho, plastic, trauma, neurotrauma, dentistry, spine, neuro spine, dermatology, hematology/oncology and GI. This leader will report to the Senior Director of Perioperative Services. 3-5 years of nursing management experience required. BSN required. CA RN License required. BLS required.
