In this role, you will manage both front desk operations and behind-the-scenes administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and smooth operational support for the providers' team. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients at the front desk, delivering excellent customer service. Field inbound clinic inquiries with professional phone etiquette (approximately 15-20 calls per day). Accurately process and submit prior authorizations for patient care. Coordinate and schedule patient surgeries. Provide comprehensive, day-to-day administrative support to healthcare providers and clinical staff. Required Experience & Skills Proven administrative or front desk experience within a healthcare environment. Direct experience handling patient check-in, prior authorizations, and surgical scheduling. Exceptional communication skills and professional phone manners. problem-solving abilities and strict attention to detail. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn.
salary:
