Image Orthodontics seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our busy orthodontic and pediatric dental practice! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office. About The Role The Patient Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our patients and parents. You'll play a key role in ensuring an excellent experience by managing the schedule, supporting the clinical team, and keeping the front office organized and welcoming. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am -5pm Responsibilities Greet patients and parents warmly, ensuring a positive experience at every visit. Manage scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and follow-up appointments. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate effectively with patients and families. Verify insurance benefits and assist with processing claims. Collect payments at the time of service and handle billing inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks. Support the orthodontic and pediatric teams with patient flow and office coordination. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or pediatric dental office required. Punctual, reliable, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and dental/ortho terminology preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with children and parents. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
