An outstanding, full-time opportunity for a Central Supply Clerk/Materials Management Technician is available at Coastal Surgical Institute. Coastal Surgical Institute is expanding, opening a second ambulatory surgery center in San Luis Obispo on California's beautiful central coast. This position offers excellent benefits and a work/life balance. Our center operates Monday through Friday and is closed most major holidays. Hours can vary from 6:30am-3:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm or later as needed.

This position will:

Evaluate inventories and ensure that supplies are ordered, received and stocked accordingly Deliver supplies to appropriate departments and maintain the Central Supply Department and stock rooms in a clean, organized, and functional condition Receive and distribute supplies throughout the organization. Unpack and check supplies upon receipt and reports discrepancies in orders to admin Perform Cycle Counting as needed Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient and initiate orders as indicated Rotates stock using First In First Out rule to help Remove, document and package all expired items for shipment or donation Maintain approachable attitude Assist other department personnel as necessary Perform other duties as assigned
