Surgery Center Administrator San Ramon, California | Onsite | Full-Time Are you an experienced healthcare operations leader ready to take ownership of an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and drive clinical, operational, and financial excellence? We're seeking a Surgery Center Administrator to lead day-to-day facility operations, partner with physicians and governing leadership, and build a high-performing environment focused on quality, patient experience, and sustainable growth. ✨ Why This Opportunity Stands Out Executive-level ASC leadership opportunity with broad responsibility across operations, quality, finance, and facility performance Work closely with physicians, medical staff, governing boards, facility leadership, and corporate leadership Direct influence over financial performance, staffing, patient experience, quality, and operational strategy Opportunity to identify and develop service-line growth and operational improvement initiatives Comprehensive benefits with relocation assistance potentially available for qualified candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily administrative, clinical-support, and business operations of the surgery center Oversee staffing, workforce planning, employee performance, operating budgets, and facility performance Build strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards , serving as a key operational liaison Drive quality, patient safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness Monitor financial and operational performance while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and improvement Physician & Business Leadership A major component of this role is the ability to operate at the intersection of clinical care, physician partnership, and business performance .
