Job Description
Thank you for your interest in our position and we can't wait to meet you! We're looking for a local candidate (within 30 min) for this position. We're hiring for an additional frontdesk/receptionist , You would be working with our administrative team in greeting & scheduling patients, managing patient flow, managing patient ledgers, patient & doctor correspondence, presenting orthodontic contracts and working on insurance related tasks. While some front office experience is recommended for this position, we prioritize having the right attitude, energy and heart and we're willing to train the right person for the position.

ABOUT OUR TEAM
Both our team and our patients are like family to us- and our office is known for it's personable, warm, friendly environment and excellent doctor-delivered orthodontic care. Our patient flow is limited to 4 chairs and our Orthodontists work directly with each of our patients ensuring quality control at each appointment. We prioritize providing excellent customer service, and are seeking a team member who has a passion for people

DETAILS:
Our patient days) are usually from 9/9:30- 5/5:30 pm on Tues, Wed & Fri, every other Thursday from 2-6 pm and one Sat per month from 8
- 1:30 pm. We offer competitive pay (pay is based on experience)
- and a Healthcare stipend, 401K plan and paid holidays are offered for full-time employees after 1 year.
