Responsible for daily departmental operations of all registration and admitting functions. Primary duties are to implement standardized processes and best practices; carry out the concept of one team, assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards; monitor every day activities and maintain an effective working relationship with internal customers and all key department managers. Leads and assists in achieving the overall patient and physician experience to standard service levels.Job Description :
EDUCATION
Bachelor's:
Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience, required.EXPERIENCE TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN 8
years experience in Admitting/Registration, financial counseling, financial clearance and insurance verification/authorization process within a hospital or related registration department setting. 8 years of management, supervisory or team lead experience.Job Shift:

Pay Range is $92,643.20 to $138,964.80 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
