Always Best Care is seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Director to lead the growth of our Medicare-certified Home Health division. This is a unique opportunity for a strong clinical leader to build a department from the ground up, establish systems and workflows, mentor clinicians, ensure quality and compliance, and support strategic growth . The ideal candidate enjoys building programs, solving problems, and creating a strong foundation for long-term success. Recognized as Solano's Best Home Care Agency for three consecutive years , we provide Home Health, Home Care, Care Coordination, and Senior Placement services. Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership Lead all clinical operations of the Home Health department Maintain compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance Quality & Compliance Oversee clinical documentation and quality assurance Review OASIS documentation and care plans Support performance improvement initiatives Department Growth Help build and grow the Home Health division Develop clinical workflows and best practices Mentor and support clinicians Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning Operational Collaboration Partner with scheduling, billing, marketing, and administrative teams Strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral partners Help create an exceptional patient and employee experience

Qualifications:

Current California RN or Physical Therapist license Home Health leadership experience Required Experience with Medicare regulations and compliance WellSky experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with audits, surveys, and quality assurance Ability to work collaboratively across departments Apply today!
