Job Description

Position closes 11/20/26San Luis Valley Health seeks an experienced healthcare leader to serve as Senior Clinic Administrator, providing strategic and operational leadership for the organization's ambulatory and clinic services. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, this leader will strengthen access, quality, patient experience, provider engagement, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.

Key PrioritiesAdvance ambulatory strategy and access to care.improve clinic operations, productivity, and financial performance.

Build strong partnerships with Physicians and APPs.

Use data and performance metrics to drive improvement.

Develop clinic leaders and strengthen accountability.

Lead organizational change while supporting SLVH's mission and culture.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience in ambulatory care, medical group operations, physician practices, rural healthcare, or a similar environment. The ideal leader will be strategic, collaborative, operationally disciplined, data-driven, and committed to rural healthcare.
