Overview Join our dynamic ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company as an Assistant Clinical Director, where you will play a pivotal role in leading clinical teams and delivering exceptional behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise in behavioral therapy, data collection, and working with neurodiverse populations will help foster positive outcomes and empower families. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders, this is the role for you! Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, and special education standards. Provide clinical supervision to behavior analysts, therapists, and staff, supporting their professional development and ensuring quality service delivery. Conduct client assessments, including patient care activities, behavioral psychological assessments, and functional assessments to inform intervention strategies. Facilitate communication with clients' families, schools, and healthcare providers to promote consistent support across environments such as home-based settings and educational institutions. Experience Proven experience working directly with children or individuals with disabilities in clinical or educational settings. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including experience conducting behavioral health assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA). Must be a
