  • 17/hour Summit Medical Care Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic person to join our team!
This is a unique "floater" position that will work between our front desk and clinical areas, helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly and provide an excellent experience for our patients. We are a busy, growing multidisciplinary clinic with a close-knit team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, learns quickly, takes initiative, and is happy to jump in and help wherever they're needed.
What You'll Do:
This position will be cross-trained in both front desk and back-office responsibilities, including: Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and assisting with scheduling Collecting payments and helping with basic front desk duties Assisting with patient flow throughout the clinic Setting patients up on various non-invasive treatment modalities after training Cleaning and resetting treatment areas between patients Keeping patient and treatment areas organized and ready Helping clinical and administrative staff as needed Providing friendly, attentive customer service and helping patients feel comfortable and welcome
Who We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with patients Dependable and punctual Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment A quick learner who takes initiative Comfortable switching between different responsibilities throughout the day Comfortable using computers and basic technology and able to learn new software and systems Professional while still being warm and personable A team player who notices what needs to be done and jumps in to help Comfortable learning basic medical terminology and office procedures Previous medical office or front desk experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person. Personality, reliability, work ethic, comfort with technology, and the ability to connect with patients are extremely important to us.
Schedule & Availability:
This position is approximately 25.5-28 hours per week. Because our clinic is only open 25.5 scheduled hours each week, full availability during all of our office hours is required and non-negotiable.

Monday:
7:15 am
  • noon & 1:45 pm
  • 6:00 pm
Tuesday:
1:45 pm
  • 6:00 pm
Wednesday:
7:15
  • noon
Thursday:
7:15 am
  • noon & 1:45 pm
  • 6:00 pm While our scheduled office hours total 25.
5 hours per week, our team stays until all patients have completed their care for the day. Candidates should therefore be comfortable working up to approximately 28 hours per week when needed. Please only apply if you are consistently available for all of the hours listed above.
Compensation:
$16
  • 17/hour , depending on experience.
