About the Role As our Front Office Coordinator & Patient Experience Lead, you'll often be the first and last person our patients see. You'll help create an exceptional experience while managing scheduling, insurance, communication, and daily office operations. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, friendly, confident, and enjoys solving problems. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a positive first impression Answer phones, emails, and patient questions Schedule appointments and help keep the day running on time Verify insurance and explain benefits when appropriate Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements Work closely with the clinical team to support excellent patient care Keep accurate records using Open Dental and Google Workspace Serve as the primary liaison between our practice and outsourced team members, helping ensure seamless communication, accountability, and follow-through What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience in a medical office (dental preferred) Comfortable discussing dental insurance Experience with Open Dental is a plus Proficient with Gmail and Google Docs Comfortable learning new technology Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people Why Join Our Team?
