Manage and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver consistently excellent serviceOversee dining room operations, including table management, reservations, and guest seatingEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standardsCoordinate with kitchen and sommelier teams to enhance the guest experienceHandle guest relations, resolve concerns with professionalism, and gather feedbackMonitor service quality, train staff on menu knowledge and wine pairingsMaintain the ambiance and standards that define fine dining excellence

You bring proven experience managing front-of-house operations in upscale dining settings, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
