Job Description

  • About Us
  • An established, thriving boutique cosmetic facial plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in the Centennial/Greenwood Village/South DTC area, with consistent growth and a strong reputation for exceptional outcomes and sophisticated patient experiences.
Led by a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon, we're at an exciting inflection point. We're in planning stages for a beautiful practice remodel that will elevate our already-premium patient experience, and we're scaling strategically toward market leadership in Colorado cosmetic surgery and aesthetics. This is the ideal time to join: You'll be part of a proven, successful practice with momentum, not a risky startup. Your role will be instrumental in our next chapter of growth.
  • The Role
  • This is fundamentally a high-stakes sales position
  • but it's much more than that.
You'll manage the complete patient journey from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment booking (surgical and non-surgical), and post-operative care, while also developing referral relationships and coordinating patient care. You'll generate significant practice revenue through persistent prospect nurturing, sophisticated relationship-building, and strategic communication. You must also do whatever it takes (within ethical bounds) to ensure smooth patient care coordination. "That's not my job" isn't in your vocabulary.
