We are a professional and collaborative team seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Denver office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while helping ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities Include:
Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Schedule appointments, manage patient flow and optimize providers schedules Verify patients demographics Process payments, handling billing inquiries Maintain accurate and confidential records Preform daily opening/closing procedure and tasks Utilize the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of front desk or administrative experience in a healthcare setting Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to multitask, and prioritize Proficient in electronic health records(EHR's) and practice management software Basic knowledge of medical terminology, as well as HIPPA regulations and confidential protocols
