Paid Training About the Role Paramount Staffing is hiring Hearing Ambassadors for onsite positions at healthcare hearing centers. This is an entry-level opportunity — no previous hearing industry experience is required. Paid training is provided. As a Hearing Ambassador, you will engage with customers, educate them about hearing health, and schedule appointments with hearing specialists. What You'll Do Engage with customers and provide friendly, helpful service Educate customers about hearing health and available services Schedule hearing tests and appointments Make approximately 30-50 outbound calls per day Follow up with previous customers and referrals Promote hearing products and services Participate in community and promotional events Build relationships and generate qualified leads Spend most of your day interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people Strong customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred Comfortable working toward daily goals Dependable and organized Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and internet skills High school diploma or equivalent No previous hearing experience required — we will train you!
