Job Description
The Medical Assistant Clinical Manager is a key leadership role responsible for supervising all nurses and medical assistants across GMA locations. This position ensures smooth daily clinical operations, supports providers, and fosters a positive, patient-centered culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong independent judgment, and excels at communication and team leadership. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience CPR certification required- Can be renewed post hire Strong proficiency with: Practice Management Systems Electronic Health Records Bloodborne pathogen standards Infection control policies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively resolve departmental and interdepartmental issues Compensation details: 30-35 Hourly Wage
