Job Description

Valley View's busy Women's Health clinic is seeking an energetic, full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!

•$1,000 sign on bonus for a six-month, full-time commitment!

•Bilingual required (English/Spanish)!! To learn more about our Women's Health Clinic, please click on the following link : Women's Health Services Glenwood Springs, Basalt, Eagle & Silt (vvh.org) Responsibilities include providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately. The Registrar also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Clerical:

typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone Exceptional customer service skills required Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Receptionist/clerical experience required Patient care background preferred Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.
