What You'll Be Doing Pure OBM Wizardry:

Implement Organizational Behavior Management to optimize performance for BCBAs and RBTs. You'll maintain clear pinpoints, baseline metrics, and task-clarity systems so performance management feels like a game everyone knows how to win.

Caseload Optimization:

Scientifically balance client assignments so no BCBA is stuck doing four intake assessments in a single week while weeping in their Cheerios.

Compliance & Billing Whisperer:

Ensure clinical documentation is so pristine that insurance auditors shed a single, beautiful tear of joy.

The BACB Audit Shield:

Keep clinical documentation, supervision logs, and treatment updates so pristine that a BACB audit feels like a warm breeze.

Adult Contingency Management:
