Job description:
Daily oversight of operations and management of error ,audit and productivity reports (as applicable). Provide technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access.. Tracks and trends errors to develop and conduct and/or provide input into associate training. Acts as a liaison with the Business Office, IT, and clinical staff. Troubleshoots equipment problems and communicates the needs for associates. Communicates shift needs to the supervisor or manager as appropriate. Provides input for associate evaluations (as applicable). Committee involvement as assigned. May provide project management as needed. Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Required:
High school diploma/GED upon hire One year of applicable experience
Preferred:
Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification obtained within one year of hire (as applicable) Where You'll Work Be part of one of our stand-alone sites offering both urgent AND emergency care under one roof - CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region Urgent and Emergency Care. Located in great places to live, work and play like Arvada, Lakewood, Frederick, and Golden - every center is equipped with lab, CT Scan and X-ray capabilities on-site to provide the right level of treatment at an appropriate cost. Patients needing emergency services are attended to in a calm environment with individual exam rooms. Unlike most urgent care centers, every patient is seen by a physician.
