What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for patients—greet them with a smile and assist with check-in/check-out Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism Verify insurance, process payments, and maintain accurate records Support our clinical team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous medical office experience (preferred) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Comfort with scheduling software and basic computer applications Knowledge of insurance verification and billing is a plus
