Our friendly dental practice in Greeley is looking for an enthusiastic Dental Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. You'll help create an amazing patient experience starting from the moment they walk through the door.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm

Compensation:

$20-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance ✅

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming patients and making them feel at home Answering phones and scheduling appointments Managing patient records and insurance information Processing payments and handling patient check-in/check-out Working alongside a fun, supportive dental team

We're Looking For A Dental Patient Coordinator Who:

Has 1 year of previous dental front office experience Loves people and has a positive attitude Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Can multitask without breaking a sweat Has excellent communication skills Accepting applications until September 30, 2026

Pay Range:

USD $21.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
