Job Description
Nadora Healthcare is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of purchasing, inventory, and supply distribution across our healthcare operations. This is not a desk-only purchasing position. We need someone who can help us build a centralized, accountable supply chain system and make sure our teams have what they need, when they need it, without unnecessary waste or overspending. What You'll Be Responsible For Centralize inventory management across Nadora Healthcare locations Develop and maintain a digital inventory and ordering system Establish and enforce first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory practices Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages before they happen Reduce expired products, over-ordering, shrink, waste, and unnecessary spending Order medical, office, facility, and operational supplies Prepare, organize, and deliver supplies to each Nadora location Establish par levels and appropriate stocking levels by department and location Work directly with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing and purchasing terms Audit vendor invoices and contracted pricing to ensure negotiated rates are actually being honored Identify opportunities to consolidate vendors and leverage Nadora's purchasing volume Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchasing, usage, and costs Build a reliable process for departments to request supplies and receive them quickly Create accountability around who is ordering, receiving, using, and maintaining inventory What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, accountable, detail-oriented, and willing to be hands-on. You should be comfortable working with vendors, negotiating pricing, analyzing costs, managing inventory systems, and physically coordinating supplies between locations. Healthcare supply chain, medical inventory, purchasing, warehouse, or multi-location inventory experience is strongly preferred. The right person will look at our current system and continuously ask: Can we get this for less? Are we wasting anything? Do we have too much? Are we about to run out? And can we build a better process? The Goal Help us build a centralized supply chain operation that gives Nadora Healthcare better visibility, better pricing, less waste, tighter inventory control, and reliable delivery of supplies to the people taking care of our patients.
