Position Summary The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of two or more clinics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, exceptional patient experience, efficient workflows, compliance with healthcare regulations and financial management to meet annual budgets and anticipated profitability. This role provides leadership and management to non-clinical staff while directly supporting the administrative needs of clinical team member. The Clinic Manager collaborates closely with providers and department managers to ensure consistency in care quality, service delivery, access, resource utilization, employee and provider satisfaction, and workplace safety. Essential Skills and Abilities Ability to lead in a culturally diverse environment and promote culturally competent care. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellence in interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. Ability to communicate data and actionable insights to Director level and direct reports. Proficiency in healthcare management software and EHR systems. Ability to analyze, integrate, and use quantitative data to make informed decisions about quality and process improvement initiatives. Ability to attend to details, prioritize, and complete tasks independently, in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Empathy and a genuine desire to help people. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to maintain a calm, positive, and professional demeanor in high-stress situations. Role and Responsibilities Stewardship Assist with developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. Participates in revenue optimization in alignment with organizational goals. In collaboration with leadership, monitor and communicate clinic and operations performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Customer Experience Oversee the patient experience, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients and staff. Demonstrates excellence in customer service, service recovery, and complaint resolution skills, escalating to senior leadership when appropriate. Assist clinical team members with administrative and clinical duties as needed. Financial Management Maintain operational procedures, staff schedules and assignments to sustain efficient operations and costs, while ensuring that patient care standards and clinic productivity targets are met. Coordinate the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other technology systems to improve clinic efficiency, manage patient records, ensure prompt/accurate billing and appropriate revenue cycle flow. Implement strategies to optimize workflow efficiency, monitor staff performance, ensure appropriate staffing, manage schedule optimization, provider availability and provide coaching and support as needed. Oversees the implementation, supervision, and maintenance of clinical practice and quality management standards, as well as staff competencies, in compliance with regulations and accreditation requirements. Assist with the development and implementation of clinic strategies, programs, and policies in coordination with organizational goals. Learning and Professional Growth Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care practice management. Foster a positive work environment that supports staff retention and growth.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher A minimum of three (3) years of applicable leadership experience in healthcare management is required, preferably in a mental health setting. Technology Requirements Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting. Travel Local travel between clinics located in the Denver metro is required
