- in Lafayette, Colorado, as our Pharmacist Supervisor and help lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care throughout the hospital, with opportunities to support the Cancer Center Pharmacy team as needed.

- + Supervises pharmacy caregivers and to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations pertaining to the area of focus.

- Qualifications
- Minimum
- + Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution (education verified). + License to practice pharmacy in a state in which Intermountain Health operates or eligibility to obtain a license upon hire. + Effective communication, people management, and project management skills.
- Preferred
- + Previous experience working in an integrated healthcare delivery system. + Previous leadership experience.
- Physical Requirements
- + Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
