• Full-time Carboy Winery & Angelo's Taverna is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an established, high-performing restaurant while helping uphold and elevate Angelo's culture, hospitality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations and demonstrates integrity, passion, empathy, confidence, and humility. This role requires calm leadership under pressure, a strong commitment to hospitality, and a genuine desire to support both guests and team members. Job Responsibilities and Requirements Demonstrate positivity, professionalism, and strong leadership presence Practice patience, adaptability, and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant Experience in restaurants with approximately $4M or greater in annual sales preferred Clear, concise, and effective communicator Engaging, hospitable, and service-oriented leadership style Strong coaching skills and willingness to listen and develop team members Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation Salary range: $65,000
