With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.
Pay:
$95,713 to $114,217 per year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring an experienced RN leader to manage our hospice admissions team. The Admissions Clinical Manager directly supervises clinical staff, oversees admissions operations, and ensures patients and families have timely access to hospice care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly manage and support the hospice admissions team Interview, hire, onboard, coach, and develop clinical staff Manage staffing, coverage, and daily admissions workflow Oversee team performance and conduct regular performance reviews Provide clinical oversight and support for complex admissions and patient needs Ensure admissions are timely, appropriate, and compliant with hospice requirements Monitor clinical quality, documentation, and department performance Partner with referral sources, providers, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team Identify and implement improvements to the admissions process Address staffing, performance, and employee relations concerns Participate in quality improvement, audits, and regulatory readiness Partner with clinical leadership on department goals, policies, and initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Colorado RN license 2+ years of clinical management or supervisory experience Hospice experience strongly preferred Admissions/Intake experience strongly preferred Experience hiring, managing, and developing clinical staff Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred TRU's Benefits (Eligibility Varies by Position/Status): Paid Vacation time 401(k) with match Health, dental, vision & life insurance
