Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Travel A 24-week travel opportunity is available for an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team in a hospital inpatient setting. This role requires strong leadership skills combined with in-depth knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations to ensure safe and effective medication distribution and management. Responsibilities include overseeing daily pharmacy operations within the inpatient department, managing staff to maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy. The manager will also be responsible for inventory control, budgeting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a hospital inpatient setting Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy workflows and medication management protocols Excellent leadership and staff management abilities Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in hospital pharmacy Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Ability to support training and professional development of pharmacy staff
