This role requires strong leadership skills combined with in-depth knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations to ensure safe and effective medication distribution and management. Responsibilities include overseeing daily pharmacy operations within the inpatient department, managing staff to maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy. The manager will also be responsible for inventory control, budgeting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
