Sarah's Home Clinical Lead Position Sarah's Home Clinical Lead (Part-Time) Program Sarah's Home — licensed Residential Child Care Facility (RCCF) Reports to Program Director, Sarah's Home Hours 20-25 hours per week (variable; see Schedule) Classification Non-exempt, Part time Compensation $35-$45 per hour Location On-site, Sarah's Home Position Summary The Clinical Lead provides clinical leadership for Sarah's Home. Reporting to the Program Director, the Lead conducts clinical assessments during intake and admissions, leads therapeutic groups for clients and reflective groups for staff post-crisis, develops and delivers clinical training, and supports the team's case conceptualization in staff meetings. The role is designed with structured hours but some flexibility so the Lead can also step into an Individualized Care Plan (ICP) meeting or provide clinical de-escalation support when needed. Approximate Time Allocation The percentages below are a guide for a typical week; the actual mix will shift with admissions activity, group schedules, and program needs. Therapeutic groups (client and staff) 30% Clinical assessment and admissions 20% Clinical consultation and case conceptualization 20% Staff training and development 10% Clinical leadership and standards 10% Documentation and compliance 10% Key Responsibilities Therapeutic Groups (30%) Develop and facilitate weekly therapeutic groups for clients, tailored to developmental stage and trauma history. Lead reflective and processing groups for staff to support wellbeing and reduce vicarious trauma after a crisis. Clinical Assessment & Admissions (20%) Conduct trauma-informed clinical assessments as part of the intake and admissions process. Advise on clinical suitability and fit for admission, in coordination with the Program Director and/or Care Manager. Document assessments in Ritten in line with RCCF standards and clinical best practice. Clinical Consultation & Case Conceptualization (20%) Attend staff meetings to support the team's conceptualization of clients and clinical understanding of behavior. Participate in Individualized Care Plan (ICP) meetings as needed to contribute clinical perspective. Provide clinical guidance and de-escalation support during client crises, consistent with the no-physical-restraint model. Staff Training & Development (10%) Create and deliver clinical training for staff as needed, including trauma-informed care and clinical topics relevant to the population. Coach staff informally on clinical concepts that support day-to-day care. Clinical Leadership & Standards (10%) Set and maintain the clinical standards of care for Sarah's Home, grounded in the ARC Framework and Sanctuary Model. Serve as the clinical point of reference for treatment direction and clinical decision-making, and provide clinical sign-off where a licensed clinician is required. Documentation & Compliance (10%) Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in Ritten; keep all client-identifying information within approved systems only. Support compliance with Colorado RCCF licensing requirements and mandated reporting obligations. Schedule & Hours This is a part-time role of 20-25 hours per week. The range allows the Lead to flex into an ICP meeting, a de-escalation, or additional clinical support when the program's needs call for it. Specific days and hours will be set with the Program Director to align with intake activity, group schedules, and staff meetings. Qualifications Required Active, independent Colorado clinical license that authorizes practice without supervision — LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.

A candidate, provisional, or non-independent credentials such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC, or LSW do not meet the requirements for this role , as each carries a supervision requirement Adagio cannot fulfill. Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field. Demonstrated experience providing trauma-informed clinical care. Ability to pass all background checks required for work in a licensed RCCF. Preferred Experience serving adolescents and survivors of sex trafficking or complex trauma. Experience conducting clinical assessments and facilitating therapeutic groups in a residential setting. Working Conditions & Requirements On-site work within a residential program serving minor survivors of trafficking. Adherence to Sarah's Home's trauma-informed practices at all times.
