Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as an X-Ray Technician with LSRT (Licensed Specialized Radiologic Technologist) and LSO (Licensed Surgical Orthopedic) certifications! In this vital role, you will operate digital radiologic imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images that guide patient care in the urgent care setting. Duties Operate digital XRAY Assist in urgent care settings by also triaging and rooming patients Implement radiation safety procedures diligently to protect patients, staff, and yourself during all imaging procedures Monday through Saturday clinic, we are closed on Sundays Ensure proper patient positioning, explain procedures clearly, and provide compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process. Maintain detailed documentation of procedures performed, equipment calibration logs, and safety compliance records in accordance with hospital policies. Experience Certification in limited scope radiology in the state of Colorado Prior work in urgent care settings or emergency rooms with exposure to Level I or Level II trauma centers is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with interventional radiology procedures and aseptic techniques is preferred. Knowledge of radiation safety procedures and implementing radiation protection protocols in busy clinical environments. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology concepts, and diagnostic radiology practices essential for accurate image acquisition. Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring quick adaptation to emergent situations within emergency medicine or trauma centers is a plus.
