Full Job Description Role Overview:
Bring your Passion for Dietetics to Sodexo on our Clinical Nutrition Team! We are seeking a Fulltime Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our team in Westminster, CO. Our client, Covenant Village is a CCRC ranked Best Nursing Home in 2026 by U.S. News & World Report. If you're excited about enriching the lives of Seniors through nutrition and compassionate care, this is a fantastic opportunity! Start with 3 Weeks of vacation and 3 personal days! Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal Money toward continuing education events Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually
What You'll Do:
provide clinical nutrition care to the long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. conduct quality improvement initiatives such as test trays and meal rounds meet DOH/state/federal and company standards be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff support the food service operation as needed Work collaboratively with onsite dining leadership

What You Bring:
Registered Dietitian credentials and Colorado Attention to detail, and self starter. Confidence in leading, influencing, and partnering across teams. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with seniors. Experience in a Skilled Nursing or healthcare nutrition setting.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire Minimum Management Experience - 1 year Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
