As we continue to grow across the Front Range — including our recent expansion into Superior — we are looking for someone who brings energy, urgency, professionalism, and confidence into the clinic every day. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and proactively helping patients stay engaged in their care journey. With our recent transition to a modern, technology-focused EMR platform, this role has evolved significantly. Our systems are designed to create a better patient experience, improve workflow efficiency, and allow PCCs to operate proactively rather than constantly reacting to scheduling chaos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, communicating with people, and taking ownership over both the patient experience and clinic flow.
