MAIN FUNCTION
Griffin Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Pharmacy . This position plays a key role in coordinating the MTM clinic as well as managing departmental databases, producing detailed reports from electronic systems, and ensuring the efficient operation of administrative processes within the Pharmacy Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Pharmacy and departmental leadership. Coordinate/manage MTM clinic Maintain and manage departmental databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Generate spreadsheet reports using various electronic databases and Microsoft Office tools. Support project tracking, meeting scheduling, and document management. Assist in the preparation and coordination of departmental communications and reporting.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required. Associate's Degree in a related field required.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum of five (5) years of office experience in an administrative support role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
