WHAT IS AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY?

At Chick-fil-A, we're in the people business . As the Assistant Director of Hospitality, you'll help lead the team responsible for making every guest feel seen, valued, welcomed, and cared for. You'll set the tone for the restaurant—especially in the morning. You'll bring the energy. You'll create the culture. You'll coach the team. You'll solve problems. You'll celebrate wins. And when things get crazy? You'll run toward it—not away from it.

You'll help lead: Guest hospitality and the overall customer experience Morning restaurant execution Hospitality standards and Service Behaviors Team Member and Shift Leader coaching Guest feedback and recovery Recognition and team engagement Community events and hospitality initiatives Speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence Daily huddles, game plans, and team communication Development of future hospitality leaders And yes… You'll jump in and help when the restaurant gets busy. Because great leaders don't just tell people what to do. They get in the game with them.
