If so, keep on reading … We have a great opportunity for the right candidate to become a part of our dynamic group. The front desk coordinator will be responsible for: Opening and/or closing office daily [Hours range from Mon-Fri 7:30am-7:30pm & Saturdays 7:30am-1:00pm] •rotating Saturdays Answering the phones in a friendly and efficient manor Maintaining a full schedule for our doctors Handling all payments Supporting doctor staff Pre-certification of MRI's Miscellaneous duties around the office This position can be part or full time deep. Saturdays are a must. Medical Office experience is not required however at least a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative position is needed. Excellent telephone skills and etiquette, demonstrated experience in managing multiple phone lines Warm outgoing personality Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work accurately and efficiently Must have computer knowledge Ability to work closely with others and to complete tasks as a member of a team Basic knowledge of medical billing procedures Desire to continuously grow and be part of a fun, active and inspired team. Flexible schedule to cover shifts & be called in last minute Compensation based upon experience - Hourly Salary + Monthly Bonus + Profit Sharing Required license or certification: Driver's License [We are not located near any public transportation] Please email your resume and references
