For this position, a candidate must be able to communicate effectively on the phone. Insurance verification on the phone will be the main responsibility aside from greeting patients and patient correspondence via phone. Summary As a Patient Insurance Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our front desk team, responsible for managing insurance verification and maintaining accurate patient records. Your core skills in office management, dental terminology, and insurance processes will ensure efficient coordination of patient insurance claims. With premium skills in HIPAA compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
