Seeking a ward, highly organized and dependable Patient Coordinator/Doctor Support Coordinator to join our privately owned dental practie. This is not a traditional front desk position. While this team member will support the patient experience and administrative operations of the practice, the primary focus of the role will be working closely with our doctors as a trused administrative partner - helping manage communication, follow-up, scheduling needs, patient coordination, and the many details thatallow the doctors and clinical team to stay focused on providing exceptional care. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, communicates professionally, and genuinely enjoys helping both patients and teammates. Our pracice ha served the community since 1983 and combines modern dentistry with the personal relationships and culture of a family-owned office.
