The Team Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant behavioral health services. This role provides clinical oversight, staff supervision, and coordination of client care while supporting a collaborative, client-centered environment. Why Join Our Adult Outpatient Team? $75,000-80,000 (based on experience)Minimum Qualifications:
LCSW, LMFT, LPC
required. Three years of relevant direct clinical care experience is required. Experience as a clinical supervisor preferred. Clinical experience with clients with substance abuse problems, adults with SPMI, Dual Diagnosis, and Trauma is highly desired.Work Location :
