Description:

The Team Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant behavioral health services. This role provides clinical oversight, staff supervision, and coordination of client care while supporting a collaborative, client-centered environment. Why Join Our Adult Outpatient Team? Commitment to high-quality, person-centered care Integrated approach to behavioral health and substance use treatment Emphasis on evidence-based practices A supportive team environment What You Will Do (Day-to Day): Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance guidance Oversee the delivery of patient care services to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards Provide direct clinical services as needed, including individual and group counseling Develop care plans tailored to client needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning and diagnostic evaluations

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range:

$75,000-80,000 (based on experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

LCSW, LMFT, LPC

required. Three years of relevant direct clinical care experience is required. Experience as a clinical supervisor preferred. Clinical experience with clients with substance abuse problems, adults with SPMI, Dual Diagnosis, and Trauma is highly desired.

Work Location :

Because our clients rely on face-to-face support to build trust, this position is fully in-person and office based.
