Whether a patient is calling for the first time or checking in for another appointment, you will be one of the first people they connect with and one of the reasons they feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their care. We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Office Coordinator who brings warmth, organization, confidence, and a willingness to learn. You do not need previous healthcare or front office experience to be considered. We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping others, takes initiative, and wants the opportunity to grow with an expanding company. This is more than answering phones or scheduling appointments. You will help create a positive patient experience, keep the clinic organized, support practice growth, and guide patients through each step of their care. From answering a patient's first call to welcoming them into the clinic and helping coordinate future appointments, your communication and organization will help patients feel informed, cared for, and supported. What You'll Do Patient Communication & Scheduling Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and patient questions Schedule evaluations, follow-up visits, and future appointments Contact prospective patients and help convert inquiries into scheduled evaluations Follow up with patients regarding appointments, cancellations, and scheduling needs Help maintain an organized and productive clinic schedule Front Office Operations Check patients in and out efficiently Monitor the daily schedule and communicate changes with the clinical team Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front office Assist patients with paperwork and general questions Support smooth communication between patients, providers, and team members Insurance, Billing & Administrative Support Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes Help patients understand basic payment and insurance information Collect copays and patient payments professionally Support billing and collection processes as needed Enter and update patient information accurately within the EMR system Maintain organized and accurate patient records Practice Growth & Marketing Support Follow up with new patient leads by phone and email Help prospective patients take the next step toward scheduling care Participate in training focused on patient communication and lead conversion Support clinic marketing and social media activities as needed Assist with additional administrative projects that support continued company growth You're a

What You Will Receive Pay:

Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Opportunities for advancement Application Question(s): Are you available to work onsite in Milford, Connecticut, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM? Please describe any customer service, administrative, front desk, scheduling, or healthcare experience you have. Previous experience is welcome but not required. Are you comfortable communicating with patients and prospective patients by phone, email, and in person? Are you comfortable learning new software, including electronic medical record and scheduling systems? Are you willing to participate in training focused on patient communication, lead follow-up, and helping prospective patients schedule evaluations?
