  • Full-time At Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, the Lead Patient Coordinator is more than a front desk role — you are the heart of the patient experience and a key leader in keeping our practice running smoothly.
As the first impression for patients and families, you help create a welcoming, positive environment while supporting the day-to-day flow of both our pediatric and orthodontic teams. From managing schedules to supporting front office operations, you play an essential role in ensuring every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and excited to come back. Responsibilities Create a warm, welcoming, and high-energy environment by greeting patients and families and setting the tone for an exceptional visit from the moment they walk through the door Lead the day-to-day coordination of front office operations, helping maintain efficiency, organization, and a seamless patient experience across both pediatric and orthodontic services Keep the day running smoothly by managing complex provider schedules, minimizing wait times, and proactively resolving scheduling challenges as they arise Coordinate appointments for hygiene visits, restorative care, orthodontic consultations, adjustment visits, retainer checks, and follow-up care with accuracy and attention to detail Serve as the primary connection point between patients, parents, providers, and the clinical team, ensuring clear communication and smooth handoffs throughout the day Support patients through every step of their visit — from check-in to check-out — including scheduling future appointments, collecting payments, answering questions, and ensuring families feel informed and supported Help oversee front office workflow by supporting team members, troubleshooting patient concerns, and helping maintain a positive, collaborative environment Stay ahead of the schedule by confirming appointments, verifying insurance, managing recalls, and following up with overdue treatment or missed appointments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation and processes align with HIPAA standards and office protocols Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional front office environment that reflects the high standards of the practice Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical team members, and leadership to support day-to-day office operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience This is an opportunity to join a well-run, team-oriented pediatric and orthodontic practice where your leadership, organization, and patient-first mindset will make a meaningful impact on both the patient experience and the success of the office Full-time Benefits We recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
