Seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join a behavioral health team serving residents throughout Washington, DC This is an excellent opportunity for an LICSW with strong clinical leadership and team-management experience who wants to make a meaningful impact while helping shape high-quality behavioral health services in a community-focused organization. Why This Opportunity? Lead and supervise a team of up to 12 Community Support Workers Provide clinical guidance on complex cases and escalated concerns Conduct diagnostic assessments and treatment planning Provide clinical care coordination and direct patient care as needed Serve as a clinical leader in team and departmental meetings Partner with the Clinical Director on program strategy and initiatives Review clinical documentation and oversee quality and compliance Support the use of Evidence-Based Practices Conduct quality-control audits and help maintain regulatory compliance Help develop and implement clinical policies and procedures Play a key role in improving outcomes for individuals and families experiencing serious mental health concerns What We're Looking For LICSW required Clinical leadership and/or supervisory experience Strong behavioral health assessment and treatment-planning skills Experience working with complex behavioral health populations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, changing environment Excellent Salary 70-80K with Full Benefits Package 401(k) Health Insurance Paid Time Off Professional Development Assistance Full-time, in-person position Make a
