The Student Hospitality Management Program (SHMP) is a hands-on, leadership-focused internship designed to give you real experience in hospitality operations—while you're still in school. You won't just shadow—you'll participate, contribute, and grow.WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a rotational, immersive experience across multiple areas of hospitality:- Support daily operations (opening, closing, and service execution)
- Work directly with managers and a dedicated mentor
- Assist with training and team development
- Gain exposure to dining, retail, catering, and events
- Contribute to special projects like campus events, guest experience initiatives, and marketing efforts
- Learn how to lead in real-world situations Every day is different—and every day builds your future.
