Job Description:

Participate in healthcare leadership training through observing and supporting executives and leadership teams. Develop and implement strategies that drive improvements in clinical outcomes, patient experience, financial performance, and organizational mission. Assume interim leadership assignments, including supervisory responsibility and direct team leadership. Collaborate with diverse, multi‑disciplinary teams across business units and corporate offices. Lead and manage assigned projects. Develop healthcare business and leadership expertise by participating in leadership and professional development programs, including executive coaching and mentorship. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Teams, Excel, and Outlook [Required] Proven leadership expertise, experience, and success in other industries or professions, with the ability to apply transferable experience to healthcare management. Pay Range:
