About RadX Inc. dba CareFirst Imaging RadX Inc. is a growing, multi-state imaging organization delivering high-quality MRI, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound services. We are focused on operational excellence, patient experience, and consistent standards across all locations. Position Overview The Clinic Manager is the on-site operational leader for a RadX Inc. imaging center. This role is responsible for daily imaging operations, staff leadership, front-end performance, compliance, and patient experience. The Imaging Clinic Manager works directly with the Vice President of Operations and is accountable for site performance and execution of RadX Inc. standards. What You'll Do Lead daily imaging operations across MRI, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound Manage technologists, front desk staff, and daily coverage Optimize schedules to maximize scanner utilization and throughput Ensure adherence to imaging workflows, SOPs, and quality standards Oversee front-end processes including authorization readiness and collections Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, radiation safety, and accreditation requirements Resolve operational issues and escalate appropriately to VP of Operations Partner with centralized teams (Scheduling, Billing, IT, Pre-Auth, HR) Deliver a consistent, patient-focused imaging experience What Success Looks Like Strong utilization and scan volume by modality Low no-show and cancellation rates Consistent front-end collections and clean documentation Audit-ready compliance and quality performance Engaged, accountable staff and smooth daily operations Qualifications Required 3+ years of imaging or radiology operations management experience Experience leading technologists and front desk teams Strong understanding of imaging workflows and patient flow Proven ability to manage schedules, staff, and operational priorities Comfortable working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments Preferred MRI/CT operations experience Familiarity with
