QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Previous medical spa, aesthetic, wellness, dermatology, or plastic surgery experience Previous experience in a patient care coordinator, medical spa coordinator, aesthetic consultant, front desk, or similar client-facing role Hands-on social media management/content creation experience Experience filming and editing short-form video content Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional and polished appearance Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable discussing aesthetic and wellness services with clients Ability to work independently and take initiative

This is NOT a traditional front desk position and it is NOT a general social media position . Our ideal candidate has experience in BOTH areas : 1. Medical spa/aesthetic patient care or front desk experience AND 2. Social media management and content creation experience Applicants who do not have previous medical spa/aesthetic experience may not be considered.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for the next task. We want someone who sees an opportunity to create a Reel, recognizes when a client interaction could become great content, notices when the schedule has an opening that needs to be filled, and takes initiative to help the practice grow. You should be organized enough to manage a busy front desk, personable enough to build relationships with clients, and creative enough to make our social media stand out. Most importantly, you should genuinely enjoy working in the medical aesthetics and wellness industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care & Client Experience Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional, luxury experience Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries Schedule, confirm, and coordinate client appointments Explain our aesthetic and wellness services to prospective and existing clients Assist clients with intake forms, medical history, and required paperwork Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups Follow up with clients after treatments Maintain accurate and confidential client records Help educate clients about treatments, skincare, wellness services, and recommended follow-up Support promotions, events, memberships, and special offers Help turn inquiries and consultations into scheduled appointments Work closely with providers and management to ensure an exceptional client experience Social Media & Content Creation Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms Film Reels, Stories, TikToks, educational videos, treatment videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional content Take photos and videos throughout the practice Edit short-form videos using apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms Write captions and develop creative content ideas Maintain a consistent posting schedule Help develop monthly content calendars and campaigns Promote treatments, products, events, promotions, and new services Respond to appropriate social media inquiries and help convert online engagement into appointments Stay current with social media trends relevant to beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and medical spas Collaborate with providers and management to create professional, educational, and engaging content Ensure all content is created and posted in accordance with practice policies and appropriate client consent/privacy requirements
