Director of Clinical Services Director of Clinical Services
Required Experience/Skills
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, required.
- Clinical leadership experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency.
- Strong understanding of PDGM, QAPI and care coordination.
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a home setting.
- Must know OASIS and two years as a Registered Nurse with at least one year of
management experience in home care.
